Throughout the year Heacham plays host to many
events which residents and visitors can enjoy.
Some regular features on our local calendar of
events include the Heacham Scarecrow Festival
(usually around the late May Bank Holiday), several
Heacham Beer Festivals (usually Easter, July and
August) and the Lavender Festival.
At the height of the summer we host our extremely
popular annual Carnival Parade & Fete and the
Summer Beach Party. There are also at least
two performances of our exceptionally good local
amateur dramatics group "The Pocahontas Players".
The year usually ends with our traditional
Dickensian Christmas Market
in early December. |
