Each month we offer a set priced three course dinner menu.
The menu will change with the seasons as we try to use local ingredients.

Starters

Smoked yellow haddock, crushed potato and cheddar tart

A spicy tomato and vegetable soup, herb croutons

Smoked trout fillet, carrot salad, and horseradish mayonnaise

A terrine of chicken liver pate
with a tomato and spring onion chutney

Freshly made pancake filled with prawns
and glazed with a cheese sauce

Melon served with an orange sorbet and strawberries

Main Courses

Smoked yellow haddock, crushed potato and cheddar tart

Oven-baked black bream, served on the bone with lemon butter

Slow cooked belly pork, tempura vegetables and plum sauce

Fillet of salmon, served on a compote of Fenland leeks

Braised shoulder of lamb in red wine and shallots

Pan-fried rib eye steak with an onion sauce

Corn fed chicken served on pak choi, red onion garnish

Pan-fried lambs liver, creamed potatoes and smoked bacon

Roasted sweet peppers filled with a saute of vegetables in a cheese sauce

Deep fried vegetables in a crispy tempura batter with a sweet plum sauce

Wedge of Scottish salmon fried leeks and arm Hollandaise Sauce

Fillet of mackerel served on a bed of saute herbed potatoes

A risotto of butternut squash with deep-fried vegetables

Posh fish and chips, two fillets of sea bass deep-fried vegetables
served with a lemon butter sauce

A plate of smoked salmon with prawns, mixed salad leaves and two mayonnaises
